By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. The Services are not available in every jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws that apply to you. We may decline to provide the Services where doing so would be prohibited.
3. Your BYZEX account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require identity verification before enabling certain features, and we may limit access where verification cannot be completed.
4. Using our services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. Digital-asset markets operate continuously, and the availability, functionality, and supported assets of the Services may change over time. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Services should be treated as such.
5. Fees and charges
Applicable fees are shown within the Services before you confirm a transaction. Network fees for on-chain activity are set by the relevant blockchain and are outside our control. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services.
6. Risk disclosure
The value of digital assets can be volatile and may fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of the value of your holdings. You should only transact with amounts you can afford to lose and should consider your own circumstances before using the Services.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform and its users. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to completing any pending transactions.
